We offer both first and second closed-end, fixed rate mortgage loans. Not only is the interest rate lower than on other types of loans, but the interest may be tax deductible. (Check with your tax professional on deductibility.) We offer first and second mortgage loans up to 15 years with a maximum 80% loan to value (LTV).
